Lievva currently ships across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

We continuously work to expand our delivery network to serve customers in more locations.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

  • During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities

Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Rest of India

Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier service availability, weather conditions, and operational factors.


4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹1000.

Orders Below ₹1000

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking details

  • Courier partner information

You can track your shipment using:

  • The tracking link shared via email or SMS

  • The "Track Your Order" section on our website

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations.

Lievva reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, products, or orders based on operational requirements or previous order history.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

Lievva shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Incomplete address details

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Recipient unavailability

Any additional shipping or re-delivery charges resulting from incorrect information will be borne by the customer.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery fails because:

  • The customer is unavailable

  • The address is incorrect

  • The order is refused

the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

For prepaid orders returned due to failed delivery or Non-Delivery Reports (NDR), a logistics deduction of ₹100 may be applied before processing any eligible refund.


9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • Missing items in your package

Please contact us within the timelines specified in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

To support your claim, you must provide:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video

  • Relevant photographs of the issue

  • Your order details

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.


10. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Technical or operational issues

While we will make every effort to keep you informed, Lievva shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.


11. Lost Shipments

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact our support team.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and investigate the shipment status before providing a suitable resolution.
