At Lievva, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as "Final Sale", clearance items, promotional items, gift cards, and complimentary products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchange requests within 72 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

The product must not have been exchanged previously.
Requests received after 72 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Exchange Fee
A handling and logistics fee of ₹40 per product will be applicable for exchanges.
Exchange Process

Email your exchange request to official.lievva@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, reason for exchange, and unboxing video.

Pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours, subject to service availability.

Once the product is picked up or is in transit to our warehouse, the replacement order will be processed.
Exchange Limitations
Products exchanged once are not eligible for further exchange or return.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only for:

Damaged products

Defective products
-
Wrong product delivered

Missing items in the package
All claims must be supported by:

A clear and continuous unboxing video

Relevant photographs showing the issue
Wrong or missing item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted beyond the specified timelines will not be accepted.
Return Fee
A reverse shipping and handling fee of ₹100 per product will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours, subject to availability.

After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

Upon approval, the refund will be processed after applicable deductions.
Pickup Policy

Reverse pickup will be attempted up to two times.

If pickup remains unsuccessful, the customer may be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by Lievva.

Reverse pickup availability depends on courier service coverage in your area.
Freebies & Promotional Products
Free gifts, promotional items, complimentary products, and offer-based products are not eligible for separate return or exchange.
If an order containing a free gift is returned and the final order value falls below the qualifying threshold:

The free gift must also be returned in unused condition.

If the free gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund amount.
Any returned free gift that is damaged, used, or not suitable for resale may also be subject to deduction.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personal care products

Customized or personalized products

Clearance and Final Sale products
Refund Timeline
After the returned product passes quality inspection:

Refunds are generally processed within 10–12 working days.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
Prepaid Order Non-Delivery Policy
For prepaid orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, or Non-Delivery Reports (NDR), a logistics deduction of ₹100 may be applied before processing the refund.
